My-Portfolio (this site)

Personal portfolio with built-in Bedrock RAG agent and ElevenLabs voice UX. The site itself is operated as work #00.

§ 01 — Problem

Static portfolios fail to surface operational thinking or hands-on AI work. I wanted a touchable product that shows how I actually work.

§ 02 — Decision

Built on Next.js 15 App Router + Tailwind v4 + shadcn/ui, with Bedrock + Cognito + DynamoDB + SES defined as Terraform IaC. Beyond chat and voice nav, the site exposes its own runtime status (region, build, deploy, CI) so the operational side is visible too.

§ 03 — Learning

Time spent up front on tokens, type, and spacing pays off more than additional features. Splitting work — design delegated to Claude Design, implementation focused on consistency — turned out to fit the brief well.
